The way you hold yourself shows much more about you than you may realize – body language is a powerful thing. Good posture makes for a great impression.
Slouching is a super no-no. Slouching can make you look unprofessional, lacking certainty and like you simply don’t care about yourself or others. Whereas a person who stands, walks or sits up straight shows confidence, caring and competence.
So, who would you respect? The sloucher or the person who stands tall and moves with ease and grace?
